Yeah! The new cupcake stand is finished! Our new stand is able to convert from 3, 4, and 5 tiers. We’ve painted it white and I can attach a coordinating ribbon to match your party decor. Rental fees are $15 for 3 tier, $20 for 4 tiers, and $30 for 5. Take a look in the birthday gallery for a picture. Thanks!

I wanted to share how excited Sophie is of her cakes! Everytime she see’s herself in the logo or hear’s a conversation about cake she’s full of pride that it’s her namesake. Every flavor gets her “stamp” of approval, well with the help of mom of course! Thank you for making these last few months exciting for her, she loves meeting everyone and asks about her cakes that you’ve all enjoyed. (I think Elmo was the hardest to say goodbye to! )
I also wanted to say a thank you for all the kind words and prayers that I’ve received this past month. We are still waiting for answers, but in the meantime I’m taking it one day at a time. Thank you so much for your support and I can’t wait to bake something up for you!

Finally! I’m so excited that I am now renting kitchen space! This means so much to me as a baker. More space…more than one oven! I will be retailing my baked goods now in LaDeDaa’s; so look for cupcakes, breads, and other little goodies. LDD has other baked goods from another company too that I just adore…The Sweetie Pie. Ashley does awesome organic, gluten free, or dairy free, or maybe a mix of all three to suit needs. They are tastey! My favorite are the Peanut Butter Cups…I ate all 3 in a 5minute sitting! (I’m not proud…LOL). Come in and support local businesses in 2010!

Dog Treats available at LaDeDaa’s

This week I started supplying LaDeDaa’s in downtown Davidson with gourmet dog treats. For Christmas I did a take on the old favorite of a cut-out cookie. Look for Cheesy Fido’s, Holly’s Favorite (cinnamon-chicken) and Peanut Butter Love. After the holidays the treats will be baked smaller sizes, but still in a pretty bag and ribbon-ready to be given as a gift to the pooch in your life.
